Seven kilometres from central Alice Springs, this park leads you from dry riverbeds to woodland, with a Nocturnal House of desert animals, talks by local Aboriginal guides and free-flying bird shows at the Nature Theatre. Plan at least 3–4 hours; the daily bird shows run mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
