Independence Monument

A lotus-shaped tower about 37 meters tall designed by architect Vann Molyvann, crowned with naga heads and set in a broad park where locals jog and stroll. The interior is closed, so come at sunset or after dark when it is lit in the red, blue and white of the national flag.
