Great Synagogue, Plzeň
Completed in 1893 in a Moorish-Romanesque style with oriental decoration, it is the largest synagogue in Czechia and once held up to about 2,500 people. It opens Sunday to Thursday and is closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Jewish holidays; children under 10 enter free.
