Grand Noël at Vaux-le-Vicomte

Room by room, the 17th-century château becomes a 'journey around the world' with lavish décor, automatons and projections, and at dusk the garden adds fairy lights, a pop-up ice rink and an 8-minute show projected on the façade. Book a time slot in advance and allow about four hours; check the official calendar, as it is closed on some weekdays.
