Ypao Beach Park (Governor Joseph Flores Memorial Park)

A public beach park at the southern end of Tumon Bay and one of Guam's marine reserves, where shallow reef water holds colorful fish and coral gardens. Snorkeling is free; avoid stepping on coral, don't feed the fish, and keep valuables off the sand.
