Kowloon's snack shops in Mong Kok, Yau Ma Tei and Sham Shui Po sell curry fish balls and street-style siu mai made with a pork-and-fish filling in a yellow wrapper, eaten with soy sauce and chilli oil. Grab a cup and eat as you walk between markets.
