The prehistoric passage tombs of Newgrange and Knowth can only be reached by guided shuttle-bus tour from the Brú na Bóinne Visitor Centre; in winter only the Newgrange tour runs. Book on the official site, as tickets are very limited and every visitor, including infants, needs one.
