Milan's glass-and-iron arcade, about 200 m long, runs from Piazza del Duomo towards Piazza della Scala beneath a dome some 47 m high. Look up for the mosaic lunettes of four continents, then down at the Octagon's floor, where Turin's bull is the focus of a well-known good-luck ritual.
