HARUKAS 300 Observatory at Abeno Harukas

The observatory on floors 58–60 of Abeno Harukas, 300 m up, with a 360° glass-enclosed deck over the Osaka Plain, a glass-floor walkway and an open-air wooden plaza on the 58th floor. It is open until 22:00, so you can stay from sunset into the night view.
