Build your own Nokke-don at Aomori Gyosai Center

At this market near Aomori Station you buy a set of meal tickets, get a bowl of rice, then walk the stalls trading tickets for sashimi and side dishes to make your own seafood bowl. Each topping costs a set number of tickets (for example, fatty tuna takes more than lean tuna), and miso soup can be exchanged too.
