138 Winter Illumi at 138 Tower Park

Twelve light spots themed "LINK" spread across this riverside national government park, some completing their effect when visitors move or work together, ending at a giant glowing globe. The illumination is free; the Twin Arch 138 observation deck (paid) adds a view over the lights.
