KOIWAI Winter Lights
The whole Makiba-en area of Koiwai Farm becomes one of Tohoku's largest illuminations, with food and shops open in the evening. Adults pay 1,000 yen and elementary-age children and younger enter free; paths get slippery, so wear shoes with grip.
