Lake Towada Winter Story
A lakeside snow festival at Yasumiya with winter fireworks over Lake Towada, the Yuki-akari Yokocho food-stall village serving local dishes, and a snow park with a big slide. Entry is free; it runs Friday to Monday and on holidays, with no programme on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
