Yokohama Cosmo World and Cosmo Clock 21

A free-entry amusement park on the Minato Mirai waterfront where you pay per ride; the 112.5 m Cosmo Clock 21 Ferris wheel takes about 15 minutes per loop and has a few see-through gondolas at the same price. The wheel is lit up after sunset, so come in the evening for night views of the harbor.
