After the Unjeong Lake Park Fireworks Festival, run by Paju City and the Paju Cultural Foundation, the lakeside park stays lit with a light garden through the end of the year. Free to visit; it makes an easy evening stroll in a residential new town northwest of Seoul, and nights get cold, so dress warmly.
