Seoul City Hall Sky Observatory
A free observatory on the 8th and 9th floors of City Hall's west wing, with floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking Deoksugung Palace and Jeong-dong to the south and Gwanghwamun to the north. Open weekdays only with no reservation; take the dedicated elevator from the 1st floor.
