Lechon in Talisay

Just south of Cebu City, Talisay is billed by the provincial tourism office as the lechon capital of Cebu, roasting whole pigs with crisp skin and herb stuffing. Locals eat it with spicy vinegar rather than gravy; go around lunchtime when it is fresh off the pit.
