A Benedictine monastery set among jagged rock peaks, a popular day trip from Barcelona by rack railway or cable car. The basilica opens 7 am–8 pm, and you can file past the Black Madonna (La Moreneta) from 8 to 10:30 am and again from midday to 6:25 pm; appropriate clothing is required inside.
