SANAA-designed complex combining the new Taichung Art Museum and the city's main public library, opened at the edge of Central Park on the former Shuinan airport site. See contemporary art under its veiled volumes, then head up to the rooftop Cultural Forest for park and skyline views; closed on Mondays.
