Seven Sisters Country Park

Walk the chalk grassland of the South Downs National Park to Cuckmere Haven, where the river meanders out to the sea beneath the white cliffs, or try kayaking and paddleboarding. Car parks are locked at 6pm, and follow the cliff and river safety advice near the edges.
