America's oldest state park is open 365 days a year, with overlooks along the falls plus the Observation Tower, the Aquarium of Niagara and the scenic trolley. Cave of the Winds takes you close to the water (in fall and winter it runs 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., $14 for adults); expect to get wet near the spray.
