An observation experience atop a Midtown skyscraper that mixes art, architecture and views, including Ascent, billed as the world's largest external all-glass elevator. The entrance is inside Grand Central Terminal's transit hall (45 E 42nd St), not the One Vanderbilt lobby; open daily until midnight with last entry at 10:30 p.m.
