Holstentor & Lübeck Old Town
The Gothic Holstentor, a survivor of the city fortifications, houses the exhibition ‘The Power of Trade’ on Lübeck's Hanseatic past and opens daily 10 am to 6 pm. Beyond it lies the island Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987, where the Niederegger Marzipan Museum shows 12 life-size marzipan figures.
