Archaeological Museum of Corfu

Home to the Gorgon pediment from the sanctuary of Artemis (580 BC), described as the oldest surviving stone pediment of Greek architecture, plus a 7th-century BC stone lion among some 1,600 exhibits. In winter it opens 8:30–15:30 and closes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
