The domed ancient Roman temple on Piazza della Rotonda is today the church of Santa Maria ad Martyres. It opens daily 9:00–19:00 (last entry 18:30); tickets can be booked online, entry is free on the first Sunday of the month, and audio guides and guided tours are offered.
