Waitangi Treaty Grounds

Often called the 'Birthplace of the Nation', this is where the Treaty of Waitangi was signed. A ticket covers a guided tour, a cultural performance, two museums, the Treaty House, the carved meeting house Te Whare Rūnanga and the world's largest ceremonial waka taua; open daily from 9am except Christmas Day.
