Eternal Golden Castle (Erkunshen Fort)

A Qing-era coastal fort with red brick walls, corner bastions and a moat on all four sides, laid out in a neatly symmetrical shape around a central lawn once used for drills. In spring, golden trumpet trees bloom yellow around the perimeter.
