Right behind Zurich main station, the permanent exhibition on the history of Switzerland is joined by a family show, 'A magic carpet ride through history', and changing special exhibitions. Open Tuesday to Sunday 10:00–17:00 and closed on Mondays; there is a boutique and a bistro.
