Baipai Thai Cooking School

A Thai cooking school founded in 2002 and accredited by Thailand's Ministry of Education, teaching in English in a two-storey wooden Thai house. Morning (9:30 to 13:30) and afternoon (13:30 to 17:30) classes include an herb-garden or market tour and making coconut cream the traditional way, with up to 12 people per workshop at individual stations; closed Sundays and public holidays.
