A half-day discovery class run by the Blue Elephant Thai restaurant, where you prepare four or five recipes like a Thai chef, then enjoy them in the restaurant and receive a culinary certificate. The morning session includes a market visit to learn about Thai produce and spices, and the menu changes every day.
