Linh Ung Pagoda (Son Tra)

The city's largest pagoda, set above Bai But cove on Son Tra Peninsula and known for its 67 m statue of the Bodhisattva of Mercy (Lady Buddha) looking out to sea; inside are a bonsai courtyard lined with 18 arhat statues and reliefs of the Buddha's life. Admission is free; from the balcony below the statue, the evening view stretches along the lit-up coast toward Hoi An.
