Vung Tau Back Beach & Banh Khot

A 3 km beach about two hours from Ho Chi Minh City, where local vendors rent umbrellas and hotels and beach clubs line the sand. The waves are fairly flat, making it good for families. Pair it with Vung Tau's signature banh khot (mini shrimp pancakes) and, at low tide, walk across the rocks to the tiny Hon Ba islet temple.
