Fujian Assembly Hall (Phuc Kien)

The most ornate of Hoi An's Chinese assembly halls, founded by merchants from Fujian and dedicated to the sea goddess Thien Hau, with the two goddesses said to see and hear distant ships at her side. Look for the dragon, turtle, unicorn and phoenix motifs and the mosaic carp fountain; entry is one of the sites on the Ancient Town ticket.
