The most unusual of the Hue royal tombs: terraces climb a pine-covered hillside, mixing Vietnamese, Chinese, French and even Cambodian influences. The weathered grey concrete outside contrasts with richly detailed mosaics and murals inside. After your visit, walk a little further along the road and look back for a panoramic view of the whole structure.
