Phong Nha Cave by Boat

The classic cave visit in the UNESCO-listed national park: a boat runs about 30 minutes up the Son River, cuts its engine at the cave mouth and is rowed along roughly 1.2 km of underground river past named rock formations, before you walk through two dry chambers on walkways. Boats are hired per boat (up to 12 people), so groups can share; English-speaking guides can be booked at the ticket office.
