A pagoda founded in 1601 on a rise above the Perfume River, best known for its 21-metre, seven-tiered tower, an emblem of Hue. Come in the late afternoon, when the crowds thin and the sun sets behind the mountains upriver; dress modestly as it is an active place of worship.
