A centuries-old herb and vegetable village about 3 km from the old town, between the Co Co River and a lagoon, whose farming is listed as national intangible heritage. Join a 'day as a farmer' to hoe, plant and water with shoulder yokes, then cook dishes like banh xeo with herbs from the beds; cycle there in the early morning or late afternoon.
