Vietnam Military History Museum (New Site)

The relocated national military museum on Thang Long Boulevard, with a 45-metre Victory Tower at the entrance, tanks and aircraft across vast grounds, and a four-storey hall where a MiG-21 hangs overhead and interactive 3D displays recreate battles such as Dien Bien Phu. It is far from the Old Quarter, so allow for a taxi ride and check the closing days before going.
