Long-Tail Boat Trip to Ayutthaya's River Temples

The old city is an island ringed by rivers, and the provincial tourism site calls a boat trip the most enchanting way to see it. Long-tail boats can be boarded at piers such as the one near the Ayutthaya Immigration Office or at riverside temples; a charter for about 8 people costs 500–1,200 baht depending on the route, and boats can be shared in high season.
