Siem Reap Countryside Cooking Class starts with a trip to a local market, then heads to a village kitchen on National Road 6 about 11 km west of town near the West Baray to cook a Khmer menu of starters, mains and desserts. Classes run every day, 7:45–12:00 and 13:45–18:00.
